Is it possible to watch a Hall of Heroes match? I woudl really be interested to see how it works (I have very little PvP experience).

No, but I'm hoping they put in grandstands in either an update or an expansion.

Full features are in the works too. One example is the Observer mode technology slated for a Summer release, allowing users to watch matches between teams in HoH, GvG, etc.
